Low slope or "flat" roofs are typical for most parapet roof designs and many porches or carports. This type of roof does not shed water as quickly as standard slopes and needs special treatment. We expertly install premium elastomeric or rubberized torch-on systems depending on the specific needs of the application. An elastomeric system consists of an industrial primer, sometimes polyester fabric and a top coat of premium elastomeric coating that can be tinted or white. Torch-on is a modified rubberized rolled product that is melted with a torch to a special base sheet directly on the surface of the roof. It comes in colors similar to shingles.

Metal roof coverings are an excellent option for Arizona's harsh climate. They are available in several styles, many attractive colors and can have a lifetime finish warranty. They also reflect heat and most colors have an energy star rating.
